Because of their specific application and use, custom cut to length sections of rope are non returnable.
If you have an unopened spool or other non custom item we can arrange a return if the product is in new condition.

In our shop, we strive to stock lengths of rope on the longest spools or coils possible. If you have any questions about the length of rope you need prior to your order don't hesitate to give us a call and we would be happy to assist you in making your selection.
