What is HMPE?

When you are in need of a strong, light-weight line, you can put a lot of trust into HMPE fiber rope. Amsteel, Dyneema, and Spectra are all produced with High Modulus Polyethylene (HMPE) fibers to create a safer alternative to steel cable.

Another great alternative is our aramid fiber ropes. In addition to being a high tensile strength line, aramid fiber ropes provide a higher resistance to heat and thermal degradation. Aramid fibers are also considered to be of Kevlar material.
